My name is Barbara and I live in Purbeck, Dorset in a beautiful area of Southern England – A few miles between Poole, famed for its beautiful harbour and sandy beaches and Corfe Castle with its hill top castle ruin.
About Me
I have been making candles for over 20 years, I originally made and sold a wide variety of candles via Party Plan and in my shop High Street, together with demonstrating how to carve them. I was invited on BBC Radio Solent and I was asked on many occasions on how carved candles were done and if it was difficult. I now run candle making classes from my Candle Studio this enables me to enjoy the art of candle making and carving candles which is very therapeutic.
